Due to the volume of vendors and level of review it takes to properly screen and track compliance, we have enlisted the help of Vendor Information Verification Experts (VIVE) to assist us in vendor compliance. This will not only protect our clients by ensuring their contractors are properly licensed, bonded, and insured, but the contractor will also be entered into a database where managers can search for vendors they haven’t previously worked with and enlist them when sending a request for proposal on behalf of the associations they manage.
